Former Mamelodi Sundowns manager Pitso Mosimane has broken his silence on his next coaching job amid serious links with Kaizer Chiefs in the Premier Soccer League.
Abha Club released the South African tactician after failing to keep the team in the Saudi top-flight league on the final day of the 2023-24 season.
The 59-year-old has long been seen as the favourite to take up the vacant managerial role at Amakhosi, but the Soweto giants are now close to appointing Nasreddine Nabi as their next coach.
According to the South African, the former Al Ahly manager commented on his future after leaving Abha and also missed out on the Kaizer Chiefs job in an interview with journalists at a Pitso Mosimane Soccer Schools event in Johannesburg.

"Look, there will always be a club to manage; during my time at Abha, there were teams showing interest, and there's a team after leaving Abha; there was a team yesterday. There's always a team, it's about which team? Why this team and why not that team?" he said.
"There are teams in the Middle East, in the USA, in South Africa, and in North Africa. Remember, there's Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt and all that. We have stepped in all those places."
