The fan involved in the clash was reportedly admitted to intensive care after Osayi-Samuel intervened.
Miraç Kara, the lawyer representing the individual involved in the incident, has reportedly taken legal action against the right-back and two of his teammates.

As reported by Fotospor, statements from the parties involved, including Osayi-Samuel and İrfan Can Eğribayat, are anticipated to be taken regarding the incident.
The Nigerian's statements could not be obtained yet, as he is currently in Morocco with the national team, preparing for a friendly match against Mali.
Kara asserted that Osayi-Samuel and his colleagues allegedly kicked the victim's head on the ground, highlighting boots with crampons worn by the players as potential weapons, stressing the risk of severe injury, including brain haemorrhage.

Previously, reports claimed the player could face a 10-game ban for his involvement in the incident, with other teammates also potentially facing repercussions, as reported by Complete Sports.
Osayi-Samuel may face further punishment, including referral to the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Disciplinary Committee, as per Article 44 of the Turkish football discipline rules which stipulate potential bans ranging from three months to a year for such infractions.
