Martinelli joined the north Londoners back in 2019 and is believed to be pocketing £50,000-a-week as wages.
However, Metro UK claims the forward has outgrown that deal, especially considering his importance to the squad currently.
While Arsenal chiefs are believed to be keen to tie him down to a new contract, they may face significant competition, with Chelsea said to be keen on his services.
Daily Mail claims the Blues are among several clubs keeping a close eye on Martinelli's situation at the Emirates.
The Graham Potter-tutored side are understood to be keen to bolster their attack further, especially after they lost Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku in the summer.
Meanwhile, the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool are the other top teams said to be keen on the services of Martinelli.
