Didier Drogba has welcomed striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Chelsea following the Gabonese transfer deadline day move.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joins Chelsea on a two-year deal from Spanish giants Barcelona.
Drogba, who is friends with Aubameyang, took to social media to congratulate the former Arsenal man, reminding him of their past conversation about Chelsea.
"Finally !!!!! Remember the time we spoke about it years ago. Happy for you brother, Aubameyang," Drogba wrote on Twitter.

The 33-year-old former Arsenal campaign joins the Blues on a two-year-old to make a sensation return to the English Premier League.

"The experienced forward joins the Blues on a two-year contract and becomes the sixth senior signing of the summer window to bolster our men’s squad following a seven-month stay at Camp Nou. He scored 13 goals in 23 appearances for Barca last term, helping them rise from sixth in La Liga when he joined in February to finish as runners-up."
