Reigning World Cup champions France have dropped out of the top three in the latest rankings by FIFA.
The latest listing comes after a series of international football action including the UEFA European Championship, continental championships in Asia and Africa and a host of friendly matches between nations.
In the rankings released on Thursday, June 23, Brazil remain top on the charts ahead of Belgium who are placed second.
Argentina moved one place up to rank third, with France dropping to fourth - a place above England who completes the top five slots.

Some of the biggest gainers in the top 10 were Spain (6th) and the Netherlands who moved two places up to rank eighth.
Other teams in the top 10 include Italy (7th), Portugal (9th), and Denmark who moved one place up to finish 10th.
Senegal remain the highest placed team from Africa, with the Lions of Teranga ranking 18th globally.
Tunisia, who are ranked 30th in the world are second on the continent, a place ahead of Nigeria who were placed 31st.
Cameroon (38th) and Egypt (40th) complete the top five slots for African countries.
