Ajax chief confirms Ten Hag's Old Trafford move
Ajax chief Gerry Hamstra has now left little for imagination after confirming Ten Hag's move to Old Trafford is a done deal.
Speaking during a recent interview, Hamstra insisted the Dutch club did everything to keep Ten Hag but their efforts were futile.
“I can be very clear about this, we did. We did everything to keep him. We are trying everything to keep him," The Sun quoted him saying.

Hamstra's confirmation comes just days after it emerged Ten Hag had verbally agreed a four-year contract with the Red Devils.
According to reports, the Dutchman impressed his new employers with his vision for the Manchester club.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein has since claimed that United chiefs have a “verbal agreement in principle” with Ten Hag to take charge at the Theatre of Dreams.
