Neves has been impressive for Wolves in the Premier League since the club's promotion to the top flight in 2018.
The Gunners were widely linked with a move for the midfielder last summer but were unable to secure his services.
Arsenal reignites interest in Ruben Neves
Sky Sports now reports the north Londoners have reignited their interest in Neves and will be looking to sign him at the end of the ongoing season.
Mikel Arteta is understood to be keen to bolster his midfield options as he pushes to help Arsenal challenge for titles.
The Arsenal boss is said to have trained his eyes on Neves after failing in a move to sign Arthur Melo from Juventus in January.

However, the Gunners will have to contend with competition from a number of clubs in their push to sign Neves, with Premier League rivals Man United and Tottenham among those believed to be interested in the Wolves star.
According to Metro UK, Wolves will demand at least £50 million from anyone interested in the services of the Portuguese midfielder.
His manager, Bruno Lage, has previously spoken highly of Neves, suggesting his starman should command a fee of £100m.
