The Frenchman will be a free agent at the end of the ongoing season when his contract with Ralf Rangnick’s side expires.

PSG ready to take advantage of Pogba's contract situation

Reports indicate United chiefs have been locked in contract negotiations with the former Juve ace but there has been no breakthrough.

Mirror UK now reports PSG are looking to take advantage of the situation and tempt Pogba with a switch to the French capital.

On their part, Manchester Evening News claim PSG have offered terms to the 29-year-old with the hope of convincing him to join them for free.

Paul Pogba speaks on his Man United future

Meanwhile, Pogba has not shied away from speaking about his future at Man United, with the midfielder revealing nothing has been agreed upon yet.

"Nothing is decided on my future, there is nothing done," the France international was recently quoted saying.
"I can decide tomorrow, as I can decide during the transfer window. I want to come back, and finish the season well," he added.

Man United close to naming new manager

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Man United appear to have made the decision to hire Eric ten Hag as the club's permanent manager.

Ten Hag has been a firm favourite for the role alongside Paris Saint-Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino.

However, the Dutchman appears to have beaten Pochettino to the lucrative role, with reports suggesting United have settled on him.
