Jose Mourinho had no choice but to watch his Roma side take on Spezia from inside the team bus.
The experienced Portuguese manager is currently serving a stadium ban he was handed during Roma's dramatic 2-2 draw with Verona.
Mourinho was handed his marching orders for protesting decisions made by the referee against his side.
At the time, the former Chelsea boss lost his cool as he booted the ball away to protest a key refereeing decision before he allegedly accused match officials of being spies.
The 58-year-old was subsequently slapped with a two-game stadium ban ruling him out of the contingent that made into the Alberto Picco Stadium in Spezia.

However, Mourinho was pictured following proceedings of the Sunday, February 27, match from inside Roma's team bus.
Fortunately for him, his side were not on the wrong side of refereeing decisions as lowly Spezia were reduced to 10 men before the break when Kelvin Amian was sent off for a foul on Lorenzo Pellegrini.
With the scores still goalless, the Italian minnows managed to hold firm with a man less as they came close to securing a point.
However, a moment of controversy deep in the second half saw Roma awarded a penalty by VAR for a high boot.
Former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham kept his cool to fire his side into the lead as the tie ended in victory for Roma.
