Mohammed Kudus' iconic 'take a seat' celebration is set to be included in the upcoming edition of football simulator, EA Sports FC 25.

The celebration, first performed during the Carabao Cup victory over Arsenal, has gained popularity and other stars have emulated this.

The Ghanaian international runs over and takes a seat on the advertising boards any time he scores.

However, during the Europa League game against Freiburg, Kudus modified the celebration after requesting a seat from a steward instead.

Although there is no deeper meaning to Kudus' celebrations, fans get excited about it and his style has even sparked a trend on social media.

"I just thought about it as doing something different. A lot of people celebrate with knee slides and all kinds of celebrations, but I just thought about doing something different. Yeah, glad it’s making the waves and other people are doing it too," he told EA Sport FC.

Kudus has been in devastating form since moving to England to join West Ham United, scoring 13 goals across all competitions for the Hammers.

The former Ajax star has netted seven times in the Premier League, delivering five assists, per Transfermarkt.

Kudus meets Ghanaian artist Shatta Wale

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on West Ham's Kudus spending time with Shatta Wale in London during a concert at the O2 Indigo Arena.

The Black Stars midfielder, a known fan of Shatta Wale's rival, Stonebwoy, joined thousands of Ghanaians in the UK for the Medikal concert.

In a video shared on social media, Kudus presented the award-winning Nima-born performer with a customised West Ham United jersey.

Kudus matches Eden Hazard's record

Sports Brief also reported that Kudus shone despite West Ham's defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

He became the first player in the 2023/24 campaign to make 13 successful take-ons in a single league game.

However, Kudus' outstanding performance was overshadowed by the Hammers' 5-0 defeat against the Blues.
