Ghanaian defender, Baba Abdul Rahman, has reportedly popped up on the radar of English Premier League side, Brentford.
The former Chelsea left-back could make a quick return to England after just a season in the Greek topflight league with PAOK Thessaloniki.
Rahman has been in fine form since leaving Chelsea last summer, playing a pivotal role in PAOK's outstanding campaign both domestically and in Europe.
According to Ghana Soccernet, the Premier League outfit are preparing a £5 million move for the 29-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.
