WWE Hall of Famer and Hollywood superstar, The Rock has revealed that he supports Liverpool in an interview while promoting his new blockbuster film, Black Adam.

Dwayne Johnson is a legendary wrestler who took WWE to new levels in the late 1990s with his partner in crime 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, in a period famously dubbed as the Attitude Era.

However, the 50-year-old exited WWE prematurely in the early 2000s to pursue a career in Hollywood but has made numerous sporadic appearances on the promotion, according to Bleacher Report.

The Rock is known to participate in huge sport entertainment events. He owns a part of XFL, an American professional American football league, and he's a global partner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The Rock reveals his Premier League team

Speaking to Talksport, the Rock revealed he supports the Reds leaving Liverpool fans confused because he previously revealed he supports Macclesfield.

However, when asked which team he supports, his answer was cryptic initially, but he later clarified if it was Liverpool, for which he answered in the affirmative. The Rock has been promoting his new film, Black Adam around the world.

The Rock Tweeted a few years ago that Macclesfield was his team.

Liverpool are supported by some famous personalities like LeBron James, Brad Pitt and James Bond actor Daniel Craig and Samuel L Jackson.
