Nigeria's UFC Superstar Kamaru Usman Secures Big Role in Upcoming Marvel Blockbuster Black Panther Sequel

Nigerian-American UFC champion Kamaru Usman has landed a role in the upcoming 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' movie sequel.

Black Panther returns in the Cinemas on November 11, 2022, in what looks like a final tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman, who passed away in 2020.

According to Daily Star, Usman- who is preparing for a title defence- is expected to appear in the blockbuster movie.

It is yet to be known specifically which role he will be playing in the sequel, but reports reveals his appearance will be huge in the movie.

Kamaru Usman will be facing Leon Edwards at UFC 278 in August. It will be the sixth of his UFC belt.

UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier also confirmed Usman's appearance in the movie during the weigh-in on ESPN+.

Conor McGregor believes he can knock out Usman Kamaru

Earlier, Sports Brief Conor McGregor has made his boldest challenge yet, as The Notorious has thrown out a challenge to The Nigerian Nightmare.

McGregor, who last fought in July 2021, says that he is eyeing a fight with the UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman for the title.

As reported by MMA Junkie, McGregor is chasing history as he aims to become the first fighter to win three titles in three different weight divisions.

UFC Champion Kamaru Usman visits Lagos

Kamaru Usman touched down in Lagos state and paid a courtesy visit to Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu in Marina, Facebook.

The UFC welterweight champion flew into the country for the first since he was a child from his base in the United States.

The 34-year-old had a brief meeting with the governor and was given a plaque to honour his visit into the government house.
