Days after the Lakers were denied a clear foul towards the end of their clash with the Boston Celtics, the 2020 champions returned to action against the Brooklyn Nets and were well beaten 121-104.

The Lakers, without LeBron James or Anthony Davis, are now 4-7 in their last 11 games, while the Nets are 4-2 in their last six NBA games.

Drake watches Raptors with Adonis

Recently, rapper Drake took his son to watch the Toronto Raptors team get a crucial 124-114 win over the Charlotte Hornets, as Sports Brief reported.

The popular Canadian star sat courtside with his five-year-old son, Adonis Graham to watch his team claim an important victory.

Adonis wore Puma White & Red Lamelo's, probably because he was watching Hornets point guard Lamelo Ball, who signed a multi-year deal with the brand in 2020.

LeBron James makes All-Star history

Sports Brief earlier reported on James tying Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most NBA All-Star selections with 19.

No other player has more All-Star appearances than James and Abdul-Jabbar, who retired in 1989 at the age of 42.

James received 7,418,116 fan votes and will be captain for the 6th consecutive year, and now has the most consecutive appearances in NBA history.
