American basketball team Boston Celtics have been plunged into controversy after reports claim head coach Ime Udoka is facing disciplinary action from the team.

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN disclosed that Udoka faces a potentially lengthy suspension after he was alleged to be having an affair with female staff.

Full details of the allegation are yet to be made public, but it is believed that the situation could go on to affect his relationship with actress Nia Long.

And hours after the news broke, she took to her Instagram handle as she shared a long cryptic post on her story with the message:

“I think what it means is stay in your course because it’s going to happen when it’s supposed to happen.

“It doesn’t happen for everyone at the same time, so you can’t compare your life to someone else’s.”

Wojnarowski also reported that Ime Udoka is not in danger of losing his job but also said that “internal discussions have included scenarios that would keep Udoka out for the entirety of the 2022-2023 season.”
