Usman drops in UFC latest rankings

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how former UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman dropped in the latest pound-for-pound rankings as this comes barely two months after his loss to Leon Edwards.

Usman, who dominated his rematch with Edwards, was just a minute from securing a famous win before the Jamaican sent him to the canvass following a devastating kick to his head.

The Nigerian Nightmare was knocked out as Edwards ended his dominance after five successful title defences.

And on the UFC's pound-for-pound list, Usman dropped to No.3, while featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski retains his hold at the top of the pound-for-pound rankings.
