Ronwen Williams moving from SuperSport United to Mamelodi Sundowns would not be a good career move.

According to Kick Off, Williams has been pushing for a move from Matsatsantsa to the cross-town rivals as he chases much-desired silverware. However, he'd have to attempt dislodging Denis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene, Reyaad Pieterse and Ricardo Goss for the starting spot.

Heredia said to the publication:

"In my opinion Sundowns already have many goalkeepers, four goalkeepers hey. From the economical point of view probably yes, but from a football point of view, he will have to compete with too many goalkeepers. "But again Ronwen he's quality and he's a young goalkeeper.
"But from an economical point of view going to Sundowns will be a better move for him, there's no doubt about it. I don't know if I would go for too big a competition against money, but I would prefer to stay for football and not play for money, it's my opinion. Getting game time in PSL it's what carries goalkeepers to Bafana Bafana."

Goal quoted Williams as having the desire to play in the CAF Champions League, which is guarantee at the Brazilians.
