"He scored 15 goals in 87 matches for the Nigerian National Team. We wish success to Ahmed Musa under the Karagümruk jersey."

Musa re-joined Kano Pillars this year

Musa joined Nigerian Professional Football League side Kano Pillars after parting ways with Saudi Arabia topflight side Al Nassr on mutual consent last October.

His attempt to join West Bromwich Albion during the winter transfer window collapsed on deadline day and this forced him to return to the club he started his senior career from.

The Nigerian winger has the highest number of World Cup goals after scoring twice both at the 2014 and the 2018 editions of the global football showpiece.

Joel Obi stages a return to the Serie A

Legit.ng earlier reported that Super Eagles midfielder Joel Obi has completed a big move to Italian Serie A newcomers Salernitana where the Nigerian is expected to revive his football career back to the limelight.

There is no doubt about the fact that Joel Obi is one of the best Nigerian midfielders considering his styles of play on the pitch.

The former Inter Milan star was among the Super Eagles players who played at the 2018 World Cup in Russia where Nigeria failed to qualify from Group D.
