Nigerian Striker Victor Osimhen Pays Tribute to Senegal Superstar Sadio Mane

Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has disclosed that Bayern Munich forward Sadio Mane is an inspiration to him.
Osimhen netted twice on Wednesday as Napoli defeated Eintracht Frankfurt to reach their first-ever UEFA Champions League quarterfinal.
The 24-year-old seems to be drawing inspiration from Mane who has continued to help the people of his home country.
Mane has continued to help his local community of Bambali with infrastructure as he supports residents with money and food items.

Osimhen said via The Nation:
“I am inspired by Sadio Mane, but I have a different goal compared to his.
“He is building infrastructure for the community of Senegal. That is awesome, but for me, I want to help disabled challenged people across Africa. I will always do my best to help where I can help.
“I am in the process of opening headquarters in Africa that will help to achieve this goal. If you don’t have a leg, we will create a new one for you. If it’s an arm, we will create a new one for you. We want them to feel equal to everyone. We work for Africa.”
Hamann says Osimhen is better than Haaland
Meanwhile, former German international Didi Hamann has suggested that Nigerian international Victor Osimhen is a better striker than Erling Haaland.
Osimhen is becoming a household name in Italy as he is already leading Napoli to the Serie A title for the first time in over three decades.
Despite that Haaland has scored 39 goals in 36 matches in all competitions this season, Haaman stated that Osimhen who has 23 goals in 28 appearances in all competitions so far this campaign is better.
