Super Eagles assistant captain William Troost-Ekong was spotted in Naples, where he visited his fellow international teammate Victor Osimhen.
Ekong is also based in Italy, as the defender is currently on loan to Serie A outfit Salernitana from English club Watford.
Osimhen has continued to score incredible goals in the Serie A, taking his tally to 14 in 16 matches so far this season.
However, Ekong, who signed for Salernitana in January 2023, has only featured in one match since moving to Italy.

Osimhen wins Serie A goal of the month award
The goal of the month award for January 2023 has been won by Super Eagles and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen who has been in stunning form this season in the Italian Serie A.
Osimhen's goal against AS Roma in the 17th minute on Sunday, 29 January, was picked as the best for January.
The Nigerian received an excellent pass in the box and chested it brilliantly before firing it powerfully into the top corner of the net.

Sports Brief earlier reported that AS Roma manager Jose Mourinho has sent a strong message to Nigerian international Victor Osimhen amidst interest from English Premier League clubs.
