Why is Moffi wanted in England?

Moffi has scored 12 goals in 20 league appearances for Lorient so far this season, and some clubs in the Premier League are of the view that he can help them.

As things stand, they will have to try again at the end of the season to see if they can be able to convince the Nigerian to leave France.

What are they saying?

Sports Brief spoke to Super Eagles team administrator, Dayo Enebi, on the latest about Moffi, he made it clear that the player has his own reason to remain in France.

Statement made by Enebi

''Moffi is a grown up man and he must have his reasons for not moving to the Premier League which could change in future and I want to wish him and all other players all the best because seeing them play at the top is our joy in the Super Eagles.''

Chelsea urged to sign Lookman

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how former Kwara United coach Abdullahi Biffo urged those in charge of Premier League side, Chelsea, to do all their best to sign Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman.

Lookman is currently the man of the moment in the Serie A as the Nigerian keeps firing goals in all cylinders for Atalanta as he recently registered his 12th goal of the term.

Chelsea on the other hand have not been having their campaign rosy this season in the topflight and fans are afraid that they might not finish among the top four at the end of the season.
