Liverpool eye move for Chukwueze
Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how in a bid to bolster his squad’s attack, Jurgen Klopp is looking to land Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze at Anfield.
The winger has been impressive for La Liga outfit Villarreal in recent times and has attracted interest from the Premier League outfit.
Reds are already planning a bid for the 23-year-old, whose contract with Villarreal expires in 2024.
If the Nigerian decides not to renew his contract with the Spanish club, they could allow him to leave for a nominal price at the end of the season.
Liverpool needs to strengthen the right-hand side of their attack, and the Super Eagles winger could be a quality backup for Mohamed Salah.
