Video has emerged where Super Eagles star Wilfred Ndidi was spotted clashing with goalkeeper Danny Ward during their Premier League defeat against Brighton.

Leicester City over the weekend continued with their unimpressive performance so far this season as they suffered a 5-2 loss at Brighton despite scoring the first goal in the tie.

Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho gave Leicester City the lead via a wonderful finish with fans of the Foxes thinking that they would win.

However, Brighton came back stronger in the encounter and made their fans happy recording an emphatic win over Leicester City.

What happened between Ndidi and Danny Ward?

In the 25th minute, the Nigerian midfielder gave a back pass to Danny Ward in which the goalkeeper made a blunder which almost cost Leicester City a goal.

Ndidi was not happy with how goalkeeper Ward failed to clear the ball and they both had a verbal tussle on the pitch.

Gary Lineker Makes Big Statement About Iheanacho After Defeat at Brighton

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Kelechi Iheanacho who plays for Premier League side Leicester City has been hailed Legendary England striker Gary Lineker who described the Nigerian as a clinical finisher.

This comes after the Nigerian scored for Leicester City in their Premier League game against Brighton on Sunday, 4 September, which ended in a 5-2 defeat.

The former Manchester City star was selected by Brendan Rodgers to start ahead of Jamie Vardy and Iheanacho did not disappoint as he scored in the first minute of the encounter.

It was Iheanacho’s first Premier League since May this year when he scored the only goal in Leicester’s 3-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur.

Gary Linker was impressed with the performance of Kelechi Iheanacho.
