Ndidi’s Impressive Stats Against Ronaldo’s Man United in EPL Tie Revealed

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi was on Thursday night, 1 September, impressive while playing for Leicester City in a Premier League encounter against Manchester United.

Playing in front of their fans, Wilfred Ndidi and his teammates wanted to impress by recording a win in the Premier League clash, but they were unable to stop Erik Tag and his wards.

Before the Premier League encounter, Daniel Amartey suffered a late knock and Ndidi was drafted into the Foxes’ backline alongside James Justin, Jonny Evans, and Luke Thomas.

Jadon Sancho scored the only goal that gave Manchester United the win in the 23rd minute of the Premier League encounter.

Wilfred Ndidi's defensive contributions played a key role in ensuring Brendan Rodgers’ men did not leak more than a goal.

The Nigerian accounted for two tackles, two interceptions, and five clearances and he neither committed a single foul nor got cautioned by referee Craig Pawson.
