Joe Aribo is a Nigerian footballer who currently plays for Premier League side Southampton after making the dream move to the English League from Scottish side Rangers.

Born and raised in London, the Super Eagles midfielder is one of the products of the Kinetic Academy which was formed after the London riots in 2011.

The primary target of the Kinetic Academy is to help young and talented footballers flourish off and on the pitch and those in charge will be proud to see Joe Aribo in the Premier League.

Joe Aribo is not the only player that the Kinetic Academy has produced over the years as they have developed 62 professional players according to the report on Sky Sports.

Who is the founder of Kinetic Academy?

Englishman Harry Hudson formed Kinetic Academy with friend and co-founder James Fotheringham and the London riots in 2011 made them to create the setup so as to help young players.

Has Joe Aribo flourished as a player?

After leaving Kinetic Academy, Joe Aribo moved to Staines Town in 2014 where he played 24 games before moving to Charlton Athletics under one year.

At Charlton where he spent four years, Joe Aribo scored 14 goals which helped him to secure move to Rangers in 2019 where he flourished.

So far at Southampton this season, Joe Aribo has played three games and has scored one Premier League goal.

Amaju Pinnick Reveals Staggering Amount the Nigeria Football Federation Owe vendors

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how the president of the Nigerian Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has stated that the football house owes a number of vendors more than N600million.

In an interview with Brila FM, Pinnick disclosed that the NFF has outstanding bills to settle hotels, travel agents, national teams, and staff members.

The administrator, who has just over a month left before his second tenure ends, added that the NFF is also being owed $6million by one of its sponsors.

Meanwhile, former Nigerian international Daniel Amokachi has claimed that the outgoing president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick, still has plans to retain his position.

Pinnick, whose second term is billed to end by September 30, said he would not be seeking reelection.
