Osimhen explains How he Can Break Rashidi Yekini's Record in The Super Eagles
Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen stated emphatically that he has the qualities and abilities to equal and even break the 37-goal record set by Rashidi Yekini in the Super Eagles.
Ten years after the demise of Rashidi Yekini, no Super Eagles striker has been able to break the goal record in the national team.
Many fans and sports pundits are even of the opinions that Rashidi Yekini's record in the Super Eagles will last for more years to come.
But with the current form of Victor Osimhen who also has the age on his side, many are of the views that the Napoli striker may equal Rashidi Yekini's record.
Since 2017 that Victor Osimhen broke into the Super Eagles, the 23-year-old has featured in 22 games netting 15 goals for the three-times African champions.
