English Premier League club Arsenal and Victor Osimhen’s agent are reportedly in negotiations over the potential move of the Super Eagles star this summer.

With the Gunners set to lose Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah this summer, Arsenal have identified a number of talents including Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus.

Latest reports via GOAL have it that the club’s technical director, Edu, has held talks with Osimhen’s representatives in London over the player’s possible move to the Premier League.

The Napoli striker who scored 18 goals in all competitions during the just-concluded season is a major candidate for a potential move to Arsenal.

The Italian club coughed up £68million to secure Osimhen from French club Lille two seasons ago and after an injury-ravaged first season which still saw him manage double figures, he has looked at home in his second season in Naples and will be deemed a major loss if he leaves, Soccernet reports.

Napoli want €110m from Osimhen's suitors

But Napoli will not accept anything less than €110 million from any football club that wants to sign the youngster.

Italian outlet Calciomercato reports that the English Premier League club Arsenal offered Napoli €90 million for the 23-year-old striker.

Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti will do everything to keep Osimhen in Naples for another year hoping the forward can help them challenge for the title next season.

Almeria wants €30m for Sadiq Umar

Meanwhile, Sadiq Umar is attracting massive interest from Portugal as Benfica is the latest club that has penned down the Nigerian for a possible summer transfer.

The Portuguese giants have targeted, Sadiq Umar, as a possible replacement for the striker, Darwin Nunez, who has also been linked with a big move away from the club at the end of the season.

Almeria has now revealed it will take at least €30million to price away the Super Eagles striker from the Spanish outfit.

Moses Simon celebrates Coupe de France title

Sports Brief earlier reported that Nigerian international Moses Simon was in action for 73 minutes helping his Nantes side to a 1-0 win over Nice as they emerged this season’s Coupe de France champions.

The ex-Gent winger helped his side to another title and has taken to social media to reveal the secret behind his success for this campaign.

Simon has been phenomenal for the French club this season where he found the back of the net six times and also made eight assists.
