Odion Ighalo was in the best form of his life for Al Hilal on Friday night, 18 March, as he scored three goals against Al-Ahli in 4-2 win in Saudi Arabian Pro League encounter.

This latest development coming from Odion Ighalo will be a cheering one for Nigerian football fans and Super Eagles coaching crew ahead of the World Cup play-off against Ghana.

The former Manchester United striker has been impressive since he moved to Al Hilal scoring goals for them in all competitions.

Al Hilal started the match impressively playing in front of their fans as they had to wait until the 11th minute before scoring the first goal through Odion Ighalo.

The Super Eagles striker got his second goal in the 34th minute for Al Hilal and got his hat-trick in the 45th minute which is an incredible record for the former Watford man.

After 23 games played so far in the Saudi Arabian Pro League, Odion Ighalo and his teammates at Al Hilal are currently occupying second position on the table with 49 points.
