Nigerian footballer Victor Moses who is still under contract with Premier League club Chelsea has snubbed Jose Mourinho in his list of best managers he worked with.

Moses who has been with the Blues since 2012 insisted that Antonio Conte is a better manager than the current Tottenham boss.

The 30-year-old who is currently on loan to Russian outfit Spartak Moscow had less playing time under Mourinho during the manager’s second spell at Stamford Bridge between 2013 and 2015.

Moses was shipped out on loan to Stoke City and Liverpool during that period and it appears he is yet to forgive the Portuguese.

Moses told Spartak’s official website via SunSport:

“[Antonio] Conte is on this list. Next Roberto Martinez, Rafael Benitez. Neil Warnock, with whom I made my debut at Crystal Palace. [Domenico] Tedesco. And also Mark Hughes.”

The former Nigerian international won the Premier League, FA Cup and the Europa League twice with Chelsea; he explains why he snubbed the Special One:

“Without a doubt, Jose is a cool pro, I respect his achievements. But there wasn't the necessary connection between the player and the coach.
“In the end, I tried in training, I wanted to play, but Mourinho had a different opinion.”
