Sinky Mnisi and Royal AM have parted ways. Officially.
Thwihli Thwahla placed him on suspension in August by senior management following his rather perplexing decisions during the off-season that were made arbitrarily without permission.
The Daily Sun reported that Mnisi confirmed to the publication that he had amicably parted ways with the club, saying in a statement:
"It is my pleasure to announce to the world of sports in general and the football village, in particular, my exit from Royal AM with immediate effect after my return from special leave on the 28th of December 2022. I thank the Royal AM FC for the opportunity it afforded me to showcase my talent in football administration.

The publication pressed him on whether he was suspended by owner Shauwn Mkhize or not, something he insisted was 'special leave'.
Watermelon ritual 'saves' AmaZulu from relegation
The programme 'Sitting With Stan' on SuperSport continues to provide gold nuggets when it comes to anecdotes.
This time, it was the turn of former player Gerald Modabi and colourful but respected administrator Sinky Mnisi to tell their tales to host Robert Marawa and the eponymous Stanley 'Screamer' Tshabalala.
Modabi told an amusing story of his experiences with pre-match rituals, while the highly colourful administrator Sinki Mnisi also added his take to the anecdote.
Bobby Motaung irritated by Sinky Mnisi
'Suspended' Royal AM CEO Sinky Mnisi is ruffling feathers like a fox in a henhouse at the moment.
This time, the colourful Mnisi has irritated Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung.
This was over the controversial matter of Dillon Solomons, who Mnisi said the Amakhosi acquired under shady circumstances while Thwihli Thwahla was making a move for him.
