MaMkhize, speaking to Robert Marawa on Marawa Sports Worldwide, was quoted by The Citizen as saying:

“Remember this is the mind. Chiefs are one of the biggest teams and if a player hears he’s wanted by them obviously he’s going to be affected.”

MaMkhize added that when she came back from a trip overseas - when former coach John Maduka suddenly resigned to join Maritzburg United - she sensed a change in Letsoalo's attitude. She says that he even confronted her, asking why she did not want him to join the Amakhosi.

About this, TimesLIVE reported that the businesswoman and media figure stated that the club had not received an offer at all from Naturena.
