Royal AM owner, Shauwn Mkhize, is celebrating her birthday today, with celebrations already beginning at midnight.

MaMkhize shared a video on her Instagram account, showing off the royal surprise she received for her birthday.

While little is known about MaMkhize’s actual date of birth, she has often said that ‘you are as young as you feel.’ In the video shared on Instagram, MaMkhize describes it as her Sweet 16th.

During the two-minute-long video, Mkhize takes a tour through her house, showing viewers the numerous surprises she had been gifted. Balloons can be seen hanging from the ceiling, while bouquets of roses can be found in numerous vases around the house.

There are also rose petals leading to the bedroom, some laid out in the shape of a heart. The petals can also be found on her bed and in the bathtub. There’s no indication of who surprised the Royal AM owner, but MaMkhize is often speechless in the video.

Her side, Royal AM, also takes on Marumo Gallants in Dstv Premiership action tonight, and MaMkhize will be hoping that they give her the best present of all. Royal AM are currently in second place and are a point above Kaizer Chiefs. A win tonight will see them extend that lead to four points. With a place in next season’s CAF Champions League up for grabs, the second spot in the DStv Premiership is a much sought after position.
