It was back to business for the Roma staff on Monday, as they hit the gym under the watchful eye of Mourinho. Many managers often prefer to join in the workout sessions, but not the Portuguese veteran.

Taking to his Instagram account, Mourinho shared a video of the workout and hilariously captioned it:

"The staff are working out and I am doing it MY WAY."

Mourinho's way, in this case, was sitting pretty as the rest of the staff went through their paces.

The Giallarosi will be back in action on February 1, when they take on Cremonese in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals.

Mourinho takes photo after loss

Mourinho is a serial winner who achieved success at every club he managed, being seen from previous examples as a personality who frowns on failure.

Sports Brief reported that things took a different turn on January 29, with the 60-year-old seemingly celebrating a loss by posting a team photo on Instagram.

Mourinho got his players to assemble in the dressing room as if they had won a trophy and uploaded the photo to his social media account - and got fans talking.

Mourinho warns Osimhen about EPL

Mourinho also sent a strong message to Victor Osimhen, amid interest in the Nigerian from English Premier League clubs.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle United are among clubs linked with the 24-year-old Napoli striker.

Osimhen continued with his blistering scoring form in the Serie A with a sensational strike against Roma, taking his goal tally to 14 this season.
