Jose Mourinho in tears after Europa League Conference triumph

Mourinho was reduced to tears after the full-time whistle of his side's meeting with Feyenoord, having successfully led them to victory.

The Sun reports that Roma's triumph meant that 'The Special One' has now won all the five European finals that he has played.

The publication added that the Portuguese boss is now the first manager in history to win the new UEFA treble having previously won the Champions League and the Europa League.

This perhaps explains why the 59-year-old was emotional after Roma's victory and took some time to remind the world about his achievements by holding five fingers aloft as his backroom staff surrounded him to celebrate.

“Many things are going through my head right now. I feel like a true Romanista," Mourinho was quoted saying after the match.
“We have written history. This is a competition we believed we could win since the start," he added.

The Spaniard was in a flood of tears shortly after the final whistle of City's meeting against Aston Villa.

City had come from two goals down to secure a 3-2 comeback victory as they conquered English football once again.
