Real beat PSG 3-2 on aggregate and went on to lift the Champions League trophy. The comments didn’t sit well with Madrid fans, and now club legend Guti has also weighed in on the matter, Madrid Universal reported.

The former Madrid midfielder, who has played more than 500 games for the side, fired back at the Argentinian maestro. Guti questioned Messi by asking how one evaluates which team is the best. He added that PSG had two chances to prove they were better and couldn’t do so.

PSG won the first leg tie 1-0 thanks to a Kylian Mbappe goal but then lost the second leg 3-1. The second leg was defined by a 17-minute hat-trick by Karim Benzema.
