Spanish giants Real Madrid are ready to tie down Vinicius Junior by inserting a huge release clause into his new contracts.

The Brazilian winger, who scored 22 goals in 52 games in all competitions last season, is expected to pen a new four-year contract until 2026.

The tricky forward signed for the Santiago Bernabeu outfit in the summer 2018 for a reported fee of €46 million, becoming the 19th Brazilian to wear the famous white jersey.

“Playing at Real Madrid was always my dream," he told YouTuber DJMariio.
"All children in Brazil dream of playing here, because there were many Brazilians who triumphed here and I want to make history like them.
"We have to work for it,” Vini added.

Real Madrid can boast of five Brazilians in the first team at the moment - Henrique Casemiro, Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo Goes, Eder Militao and Vinicius Tobias - whiles names like Roberto Carlos, Kaka, Ronaldo Nazario and Robinho will not be forgotten in the history of the current La Liga champions.

The 20-year-old also registered seven assists in his 13 appearances.
