Jesse Rodriguez's contract at Paris Saint-Germain has been ended by the club after the Spanish striker was involved in a sex scandal.

The 27-year-old was accused of having an affair with his partner's model friend and was also spotted on camera breaking social distancing rules.

The Ligue 1 champions have now had enough of the former Real Madrid star whose contract at the Parc des Princes is just six months away from expiring.

Reports claim that PSG chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi was fed of complaints coming against the ex-Stoke City forward and decided to let him go.

Rodriguez who joined the French club in 2016 has just made 18 appearances, scoring just two goals in the process.

He has just played 22 minutes of football in the current campaign before his Parc des Princes stay was cut short.

Jese and Aurah Ruiz, the mother of his child, previously ended their union in January 2018 over the care of their premature baby.

However, after reconciling the couple broke again after the striker was guilty of cheating on his lover with her model friend Rocio Amar.

Rocio Amar posted audio clips to Instagram that include Jese calling his partner 'crazy' and 'boring'.

Rocio has recounted 'sexual encounters' that she had with the former Champions League winner at a Madrid nightclub.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that reports from France have it that Ligue 1 reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain are already considering a bid to sign Barcelona captain Lionel Messi.
