“Sergio preferred to leave and not to take risks because of the discomfort he felt in his adductor and concerning Kylian, there was a challenge after a dribble, he took a blow on the knee.
"But also, when you look at the run of games obviously, he can't take any risks because we have a very busy schedule. But apparently, it doesn't seem to be very serious for either player."
PSG will host Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 at the Parc des Princes on February 14 as Europe’s top competition resumes for the knockout phase.
Galtier blames Chelsea for failed Ziyech deal
Meanwhile, when it comes to Hakim Ziyech's failed move, Paris Saint-Germain manager Christophe Galtier places the finger squarely at Chelsea, Goal reports.
The Moroccan winger was close to joining the French champions on transfer deadline day, but the deal fell through after the wrong documents were sent by Chelsea on three occasions.
Ziyech, who has only made four Premier League starts for Chelsea this season, is currently stuck with the Blues in west London at least until the end of the season.
Mbappe misses back to back penalties
Earlier, Sports Brief reported Kylian Mbappe missed from the spot on two occasions in Paris Saint-Germain's Ligue 1 game against Montpellier on Wednesday evening.
Mbappe, who scored a hat-trick of penalties in the World Cup final, uncharacteristically missed his effort from 12 yards on two occasions.
The 24-year-old had the opportunity to put PSG ahead after just seven minutes, however, his effort was thwarted by Montpellier's goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte.
