Musiala delighted with Messi comparison

German international, Jamal Musiala feels honoured to be compared to one of football’s greatest players - Lionel Messi - as the 19-year-old showed his admiration for the Argentina captain.

Musiala is set to feature in his first World Cup after being listed in Hansi Flick’s 26-man squad, while Messi has revealed the 2022 World Cup might be his last after 4 previous appearances.

Musiala has now revealed it is difficult being compared to someone like Messi, after his style of play was compared to the Argentine legend by Germany great Lothar Matthaus.
