  • Neymar's strained relationship with Kylian Mbappe played out again during PSG's Champions League win over Juventus
  • The Brazilian attacker was visibly angry with Mbappe after the Frenchman refused to pass the ball to him to score
  • Mbappe had scored two goals at the time and was chasing a hat-trick
  • Juventus went on to pull one back through Weston Mckennie - but the goal was not enough to stop PSG from cruising to victory

The Neymar-Kylian Mbappe feud will likely continue at least in the foreseeable future after the pair nearly clashed during PSG's Champions League clash with Juventus.

The PSG duo has not enjoyed the most cordial of relationships in recent days after they 'fought' for a penalty earlier in the season.

The deepening rift between them came to the fore once again on Tuesday night, September 6, when Neymar was left fuming after Mbappe refused to pass the ball to him for a tap-in.

PSG had taken a 2-0 commanding lead when Mbappe blew a chance to put the game beyond the Italian giants.

The French star had initially opened the scoring for his side inside five minutes of action before he bagged a second before the half-hour mark.

PSG looked on course to make the scores 3-0 shortly after the break, only for Mbappe to fluff the golden opportunity.

According to The Sun, Lionel Messi had broken into Juve's half on the counter-attack before he played in a charging Mbappe.

But instead of passing the ball to Neymar, who was in a better position to score, Mbappe chose to attempt a shot at goal.

A visibly angry Neymar was seen demanding an explanation from Mbappe, only for the World Cup winner to ignore his teammate's protests.

The match eventually ended in a 2-1 win for PSG, with Weston McKennie scoring Juve's consolation.

Bizarre moment as Lionel Messi looks inside Marco Veratti's shorts

Sports Brief had earlier reported that Lionel Messi has caused a stir on social media after he was spotted peeping inside Marco Veratti's shorts ahead of Paris Saint-Germain's clash with Toulouse on Wednesday night.

Messi and Veratti made the starting lineup for the French Ligue 1 encounter, with the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner lining up behind the midfielder in the tunnel before kick-off.

Verratti seemed to have a problem with his shorts and requested Messi help him.
