Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has been spotted at the Dimaro Folgarida camp as Italian side Napoli prepare for their preseason activities.

The Nigerian international has been off duty for a month, but he has returned to his base despite being linked with a number of top clubs in Europe.

Osimhen had a sensational season during the last campaign scoring 18 goals for the Partenopei in all competitions and that has attracted several clubs, Soccernet reports.

As Napoli continues to demand €100 million for the 23-year-old, nothing concrete has happened and now the player is back in Naples.

Osimhen was wearing smiles all over his face as he looked unbothered over the transfer talks relating to him in the last couple of weeks.

The former Lille of France star has also been mum about his future even though reports claim he remains open to leaving the club if a suitable deal comes.

Oliseh says Osimhen could be better than Samuel Eto’o

Meanwhile, former Super Eagles captain Sunday Oliseh has lauded Victor Osimhen’s efforts in front of goal, saying the striker could be better than Cameroon legend Samuel Eto’o.

Osimhen has been impressive in front of goal since joining Italian giants Napoli in the summer of 2020 and many have tipped him to become great.

He has also been in sensational scoring form for the Super Eagles and Oliseh has now stated that the former Lille of France star could be better than former Barcelona man Samuel Eto’o.
