Edison Cavani and partner Jocelyn Burgardt are expecting their second child and want to name him Silvestre, The Sun.
The Uruguay international had two boys Bautista and Lucas from his relationship with former wife and childhood sweetheart Maria Soledad Cabris.
However, the ex-PSG star will be a father for the fourth time and his second together with Burgardt as their first daughter recently clocked two last month.
The Man United striker completed the season with 17 goals in all competitions with ten of them coming in the Premier League.
The 34-year-old would have shaken off the Europa League defeat to Villarreal as a new member will added to his family in the middle of June.
His lover Burgardt revealed that they want their son to be born in their native home in Uruguay by the middle of the month.
Before Cavani penned a new deal with United, there were suggestions that the striker was planning to play for Argentine side Boca Juniors earlier in the year.
His goals against Fulham was listed among nine contenders for the Premier League's Goal of the Season which will be voted by fans.
The Red Devils finished second at the just concluded Premier League season and will have another shot at the title after losing out to city rivals Man City.
Cavani is currently in camp with his international teammates as Uruguay prepare for Copa America which will be played in less than two weeks.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Patrice Evra has taken a swipe at Manchester City after the Citizens were beaten in the Champions League final by Chelsea, Sport Bible, Instagram.
The Manchester club were denied their first title in history and the Red Devils legend has made a mockery from their city rivals.
Evra who won the elite competition with United in 2008 posted on his Instagram handle:
