Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how David de Gea is set to beat Dean Henderson in the race to start for Man United during the club's Europa League final meeting with Villarreal.

The two goalkeepers have been trading roles through this season, with De Gea featuring in the latter stages of the European competition as Henderson assumed duties in the league.

Henderson has already made 25 appearances for United across competitions this season despite managing just three starts in the Premier League before March.

The Englishman featured in all of the Red Devils' FA Cup, League Cup, and the first four Europa League matches.

It seemed as though Henderson had replaced De Gea as United's no.1 in March, starting in the next nine league matches.
