The Netherlands' World Cup star Cody Gakpo has responded to transfer rumours linking him with a Manchester United January move.
Gakpo has been a Man United transfer target in recent months and was widely expected to complete a switch to Old Trafford in the summer.
However, the move did not see the light of the day, with the Dutch youngster continuing at PSV Eindhoven.

While a move to Arsenal and Liverpool has also been touted, Man United are understood to be in a pole position to sign him.
Addressing reports linking him with a possible transfer to the Theatre of Dreams, the Netherlands international refused to rule out the move, insisting that 'anything is possible.'
"I’m focused now on the World Cup. It’s always nice to hear, but I just focus here and do my best," Gakpo said via ITV Football when asked about Man United's rumoured interest.
Gakpo said he was not bashful about the rumours, but admitted he was not worried about the nice things people wrote about him.
"I’ll see what happens in the winter. In soccer, anything is possible," he added.
Gakpo is expected to replace Cristiano Ronaldo for the Red Devils, following the veteran striker's acrimonious exit.
Possible replacements for Cristiano Ronaldo
Sports Brief earlier reported on Erik ten Hag naming two strikers he would like United to sign in the January window.
According to multiple reports, the United boss has shortlisted the duo of Gakpo and Chelsea transfer target Rafael Leao as perfect candidates to replace the Portugal star.
Gakpo's heroics at the 2022 World Cup has increased interest around him, and his Dutch connection with ten Hag may see the Red Devils sign him in January.
