Cristiano Ronaldo is not yet done with Manchester United. The Portugal striker posted a photo on Instagram with a new promotion of a watch, in what seems to be a dig at his club.

The forward is preparing to play in his fifth World Cup tournament with Portugal, with his feud with United having died down a bit.

The 37-year-old caused shockwaves around the football world after revealing some astonishing claims about the club, manager Erik ten Hag, and club legend Wayne Rooney.

He claimed the club had betrayed him while also brutally attacking ten Hag, saying he does not respect him and straining an already fragile relationship.

The club released a statement last week saying they've begun a process of responding to Ronaldo's astonishing revelations.

Man United then announced on November 22 that he would leave the club with immediate effect and by mutual consent.

Ronaldo mocks Man United

Before the club announced his exit, Ronaldo posted a photo of another deal with long-standing watchmaking company Jacob & Co.

The details of the watch are telling and spectacular. Ronaldo's CR7 logo and his signature are engraved on the watch face.

In front is a stunning image of Ronaldo scoring against United for Real Madrid back in 2013. The back of the watch has Ronaldo's photo of him doing the famous 'Siuuu' celebration.

The watch retails at 145,000 US dollars. The partnership between Ronaldo and the Swiss watch company has stood for around 20 years.

CR7's exit: United fans react

Sports Brief earlier reported on Man United fans reacting to Ronaldo's exit from the club, after last week's bombshell interview.

Most United fans were glad that the saga had ended, and they were delighted that their team can play how they want without him.

Others felt Ronaldo said the right things about the club's owners in the interview, and accused many fans of missing the point.
