Rio Ferdinand has said that Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has performed significantly better than Arsenal star Thomas Partey.
Casemiro joined United from Real Madrid in the summer and has slowly developed into an important player for the club. Meanwhile, Partey has played a key role for Arsenal this season.
As the season started, it looked as if it will be tough for the Brazil international to dislodge Scott McTominay from the starting line-up, but the five-time Champions League is now one of the first names on the team sheet, according to Football365.
The former Real Madrid star has played 12 times for Erik ten Hag, a decision which has coincided with United's improved performances.

Ferdinand picks Casemiro
According to the Mirror, Ferdinand praised the Ghanaian midfielder, who he feels is good.
"Partey is good player; I think he's a really good player; he’s been really good for you guys (Arsenal). He’s not the right player to play holding midfielder for Man United."
However, he said that Casemiro is way better than Partey.
"All I’m saying is we’re talking about Casemiro against Partey, and I'm saying it’s not a competition. It's not a competition."
Partey has played an influential role for Mikel Arteta's side this season, helping the Gunners to an impressive start.
