Bruno Fernandes advises De Gea

As Jorginho stepped up to take the penalty, Fernandes seized the moment to give De Gea some advice on handling the penalty.

De Gea went on to dive to his left, where Jorginho usually slots his cool spot-kicks.

However, the Italian glided his effort to the right, sending the Man United shotstopper the wrong way.

Fans were quick to note how Fernandes' advice to De Gea had backfired, with one posing:

"What the hell did Fernandes tell De Gea?"

A second joked:

"Bruno Fernandes didn't have to lie to De Gea on which side to dive."

While another quipped:

"Really wonder what nonsense Fernandes was telling De Gea."

Fortunately for United, Casemiro bagged an equaliser at stoppage time to ensure the match ends in a 1-1 draw.

Casemiro's goal should not have stood

Sports Brief has also reported that a section of Chelsea fans has claimed that Casemiro's equaliser for Manchester United during their clash at Stamford Bridge should not have been allowed to stand.

The two English giants settled for a 1-1 draw during the Saturday evening clash, with Casemiro earning United a vital point at stoppage time.

Both teams played out a goalless draw in the first half before Jorginho broke the deadlock in the 87th minute from the penalty spot.
