Police have confirmed that four arrests had been made in connection with the disorder that left 5 people hospitalized before England’s Nations League game against Germany.

The Three Lions had played out an entertaining 3-3 draw against Germany at the Wembley Stadium but the game was marred by crowd violence just before the start of the encounter.

According to Sport Bible, five people were been hospitalized after a group of around 100 masked German football fans raided a pub full of England supporters in Wembley.

The large group of men wearing masks and scarves made their way into the Greenman Pub and Hotel on Dagmar Avenue and began assaulting England supporters.

The FA or UEFA are yet to comment on the latest crowd violence but the Metropolitan police have begun investigations and have already started making arrests.

Harry Maguire issues apology for performance in England vs Germany

Meanwhile, Manchester United captain, Harry Maguire has issues a public apology to the England fans following his abysmal display against Germany in the Nations League, Manchester Evening News reports.

Maguire who has been sidelined for Manchester United’s recent games was at fault for Germany's opening goal, as he gave the ball away in the build-up.

The Manchester United captain then went on to bring down Bayern Munich forward Jamal Musiala inside England's box to concede a penalty as it summed up a disappointing game for the defender.

England fight back to earn draw with Germany

Earlier, Sports Brief reported England eased some of the pressure on manager Gareth Southgate by fighting back from 2-0 down to salvage a 3-3 draw against Germany on Monday.

The Three Lions had already been relegated from the top tier of the Nations League, and the knives were out for Southgate after his faith in Harry Maguire backfired for two German goals early in the second half.

Maguire has been publicly backed by the England boss despite being dropped at club level by Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.
