Marcus Rashford in line to return to action

ESPN now reports that Rashford could make a comeback from his injury against Manchester City.

United, who have seen two of their Premier League fixtures postponed due to the Queen's death, are scheduled to take on City after the international break.

It is understood that United’s medical team do not believe the forward's injury is serious and are confident he will be available for the derby.

Erik ten Hag had initially hinted that the 24-year-old's injury was not as serious.

"It’s not really bad, we expect him quite soon to be back in the team," Metro UK quoted the Dutchman saying.
