  • West Ham vs Manchester United will see the Red Devils desperate to put their midweek Champions League disappointment behind them
  • United were stunned 2-1 by Young Boys in Switzerland in the European competition, and now face the Hammers for the first of their two meetings in a space of four days
  • Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to ring a number of changes from the side that lost to Young Boys

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have a nearly fully fit squad to select from as Man United head to London for their Premier League meeting with West Ham on Sunday, September 19.

With the exception of Edinson Cavani, Solskjaer has no major injury concerns, having been also boosted with the return of Alex Telles and Scott McTominay.

Given the significance of the West Ham clash, the Norwegian boss will be keen to name a strong team to take on the Hammers.

David de Gea is sure to start between the sticks after a good start to the season and Dean Henderson also still recovering after a COVID-19 positive test.

Raphael Varane and Harry Maguire are expected to keep their places in the heart of defence, with Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka manning either side of the flank.

Solskjaer will have a lot to ponder on in the middle of the park but could be tempted to start Fred to match up the energy of Declan Rice and Soucek.

Bruno Fernandes is almost certain to take his place in the hole having connected quite well with Cristiano Ronaldo who is expected to lead the goal hunt.

Having missed United's midweek trip to Young Boys, Mason Greenwood is expected to join Ronaldo upfront, with Paul Pogba playing in the left-wing.

The set-up will see both Jesse Lindgard and Jadon Sancho, who has had a slow start to life at Old Trafford settling for a place on the bench.

Possible Man United line up vs West Ham:

Goalkeeper: David de Gea

Defenders: Wan-Bissaka, Varane, Maguire, Shaw

Midfielders: Fred, Fernandes, Pogba

Forwards: Greenwood, Ronaldo

Chelsea's possible line up vs Tottenham Hotspur

Premier League club Chelsea will hope to continue their impressive run in this season’s Premier League when they take on impressive Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, September 19, SB Nation reports.

The blues will hope to have N’Golo Kante return to action after the Frenchman had missed their game against Zenit St Petersburg in the Champions League due to his troublesome ankle issue.

Chelsea possible starting lineup via Sports Mole:

Mendy; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger; James, Jorginho, Kovacic, Alonso; Mount, Havertz; Lukaku.
